Games must start on time. A team may start a game with total 6 players (instead of 8). However, if a team cannot field at least 6 players on the field within 5 minutes of game start time, it forfeits the game. If both team fails to field a team with total 6 players, then the game will be dismissed and none of the team will get any points.
Teams may register max 15 players before the tournament start. No unregistered players can play.
Up to 5 players can be from ‘other ethnicity’ than Bengali.
Games will be played 10 minutes + 2 min water break + 10 minutes + injury times, if any, up to 3 min (discretion of referee)
Substitution will happen as the game continues (when the ball is out or with the goalkeeper) and during water break. Outgoing players must go out of the field first. Referee may show a yellow card to the captain when in violation. The Field observer will work with the referee to ensure this. No limits in substitution.
No sliding tackling or dangerous foul. For first offense, if not so serious – a yellow card; if serious – red card (discretion of the referee). Second offence, red card. [A red card means misses remaining of that game and the next game]

No slamming opponent on the wall. Should be a foul (discretion of the referee)
Goals: (Referee decision final). If a ball bounces off the sides of the goal post it is not a goal. If a ball hits the top bar and bounces on the ground, referee will determine and decide if a goal will be given or not.
No off sides.
Penalty rule same as regular soccer games.
When ball goes out from the sides, throw.
Ball hitting above goalposts is in game (unless the ball is stuck). When the ball is stuck it would be a goal kick.
Ball hitting ceiling is in the game (unless it is stuck). If the ball is stuck, it would be a drop ball.
If a goalie kicks a ball during goal kick and it hits the ceiling and bounces into own goal without touching anybody else (including the goalkeeper), it is not a goal. Goal kick.
Goalie cannot pick a ball when it is back passed to him by foot.
Wall for freekick – 6 feet or whatever referee decides
Injured player must be taken out or substituted quickly. No unregistered player can be substituted.
Handball – referee determines. Usually ball to hand can be ignored

Players should only bring water bottles in the boxes. All other stuff must remain in the designated team areas outside the fields.
After each game, players must take their bottles and travel to the next game venue quickly. Team name and next venue will be shown in a board. It’ll also be announced.
We’ll provide water, energy drink and some appropriate food items. Teams can bring other food or drinks.
All must wear indoor cleats and shin guards. No watch or jewelry.
There are 3 stages of the tournament. League, Semi final, final
League: every team plays the other team once. Win 3 points, draw 1.
Semi final 1: 1st and 4th from points table; Semi final 2: 2nd and 3rd from points table;
Final: Played between winners from semi finals
